Carol is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC #21808) in British Columbia. She holds a Master’s degree in Counselling and  is trained in various evidence-based approaches, including Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Gottman Method couples therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). She is also a certified Prepare/Enrich premarital and marital assessment facilitator.

With warm, professional presence, Carol supports individuals, couples, and families through diverse emotional and relational challenges—including trauma recovery, anxiety and depression, marital and family dynamics, grief and loss, and personal growth journeys. Her frontline social service work and multifaceted career provide deep understanding of BC community resources, along with unique insight into workplace stress and the emotional complexities of interpersonal interactions.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Carol brings lived experience of cultural adaptation and inner transformation through immigration to Canada. This personal journey enables her to truly connect with clients navigating loss, struggle, and rebuilding in new environments. With genuine care, she walks alongside each client through life's transitions, helping them rediscover inner strength and stability.
